Frozen Guava Daiquiri 

MAKES 2 + 550ml

1 X 410g can guavas, depipped, pureed and frozen with syrup

125ml white rum (optional)

60ml lime juice

Liquidise all ingredients in a blender.  Freeze for about 2 hours or until mixture  is mushy.  Remove from freezer.  Pour into stemmed glasses and garnish with fresh strawberries.
