Guava Caribbean Punch

MAKES + 1.6L

250ml Jamaican rum

125ml lime juice

250 ml sugar

500ml guava juice

500ml water

1 litre ginger ale

Mix all ingredients in a large punch bowl except the ginger ale.  Add ginger ale and ice cubes just before serving.  Garnish with mint and sliced kiwi fruit.
