- 1 mango, cubed
- 2 guavas, peeled & cubed
- 1 spring onion
- 1 red pepper, finely chopped
- 30 ml freshly chopped coriander
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- Juice of half a lime
- Salt to taste.
Mix mango and guavas together. Add spring onion, pepper, coriander and chilli. Season with lime juice and salt to taste. Makes 375 ml.
