Guava Mousse 

SERVES 6

1 X 80g packet raspberry or strawberry jelly

125ml hot water

1 X 380g can chilled evaporated milk

125ml guava puree

To decorate  – choose from:

Strawberries / raspberries dipped in chocolate

Chocolate flake and whipped cream

Chopped guava roll and sugared mint leaves

Dissolve jelly in water.  Allow to cool, but not set.  Whip jelly and evaporated milk together until thick and frothy.  Fold in guava puree.  Pour into individual serving glasses and refrigerate until set.  Garnish with chocolate flake and whipped cream.
