Makes +/- 500ml
- 175ml guava juice
- 125ml vanilla ice cream or low-fat vanilla yoghurt
- 1 banana
- 125ml freshly chopped pineapple
- 4 strawberries (optional)
- Milk
Blend all the ingredients together for 30 seconds. Add 125ml crushed ice. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds. Add a little milk if smoothie is too thick. Garnish with a slice of pineapple or guava.
