GUAVA SMOOTHIE

Makes +/- 500ml

  • 175ml guava juice
  • 125ml vanilla ice cream or low-fat vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 banana
  • 125ml freshly chopped pineapple
  • 4 strawberries (optional)
  • Milk

Blend all the ingredients together for 30 seconds. Add 125ml crushed ice. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds. Add a little milk if smoothie is too thick. Garnish with a slice of pineapple or guava.
