4 Slices Swiss Roll
2 X 410g can guavas, drained and chopped – reserve the syrup
60ml custard powder
60 ml water
1 can condensed milk
1 X 250g tub smooth cottage cheese
125ml lemon juice
Kiwi fruit for garnishing
Lemon zest for garnishing
Slice Swiss roll and arrange on the bottom of a deep dish. Pour syrup from guavas over Swiss roll. Mash the guavas. Mix custard powder and water and add to mashed guavas. Cook for 1 minute. Spead warm mixture over Swiss roll. Beat condensed milk, cottage cheese and lemon juice together. Spread over. Leave to cool and refrigerate until set. Garnish with kiwi slices and grated lemon zest.
