SERVES 4
Ingredients:
500ml green and 500ml red cabbage, shredded
60ml dried cranberries
50g pecan nuts, roughly chopped
1X 410g can guava halves, drained
80ml Bulgarian yoghurt
60ml mayonnaise
10ml sugar
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Extra pecan nuts and cranberries for garnishing
Method:
Combine cabbage, cranberries, nuts and guavas.
Mix together yoghurt, mayonnaise, sugar and seasoning to taste.
Pour over cabbage and toss.
Garnish with extra pecan nuts and cranberries.
