Guava Ice Cream

Guava Ice Cream

 MAKES 1 L

Ingredients:

1 litre vanilla ice cream

250ml guava puree

Method:

Take ice cream out of freezer and leave to soften.

Once softened add guava puree and beat in using an electric beater or a whisk.

Pour back into the same container and refreeze.

Serve in sugar scones or with guava and chocolate sauce.

Variations:

Add any of the following to guava and ice cream mixture:

  • 250ml crumbled chocolate flake
  • 125ml chopped glazed cherries and 125 ml chopped pecan nuts.
