Guava Jam

Guava Jam

Method:

Peel guavas and cut into thin slices.

Cover with cold water and cook until soft.

Leave to cool.

Weigh guavas and water and add 500g sugar for every 500g fruit and water mixture.

Heat over slow heat until sugar has dissolved.

Then bring to the boil and cook until guavas become translucent.

Bottle and seal sterilised bottles
