Guava Trifle 

SERVES 6

6 Slices Swiss roll

1X 80g packet raspberry or strawberry jelly, prepared

1 X 80g packet greenage jelly, prepared

2 X 410g cans guava, drained and sliced – reserve the syrup

500ml prepared custard

250ml  cream, whipped

2- 3 sliced green figs

45ml chopped pecan nuts

Arrange Swiss roll in 6 individual glasses or in 1 large serving dish.

Pour reserved syrup over.  Chop jelly and place on top.  Top with guavas, custard, cream, figs and nuts.
