Kebas With Guava Barbeque Sauce Served With Guava, Orange And Avocado Salad

SERVES 4 – 6

Ingedients:

Prepared guava barbeque sauce

800g beef fillet or sirloin, cubed

2 red onions, quartered

1 green and 1 yellow pepper, cut into cubes

Method:

Tread beef, onions and peppers onto kebas sticks.

Baste with barbeque sauce and grill until cooked to your liking.

Serve with guava, avocado and orange salad
